Ground Up Development - Strip Center
The Brogue Shopping Center was a previous car wash and laundromat. The project was a ground up development of a 13,000 SF strip center which consisted of 5 retail spaces, a District Justice Office, bank, and cell tower. We participated as a managing partner in the deal including oversight of all approvals, construction, and day to day management.
